I am able to download the trailer, main movie, and scenes, but the versions of the movie with the director's commentary and cat commentary are not downloadable. Can you fix that?

I downloaded the movie and the subtitle but cannot get them to play together. How do I merge them? Is there a recommended video player that can manage both files? Quick Time Player in Apple does not seem to know how to bring in the subtitles. I also added to iTunes (Movies) and can't get it to work?
